  • We only accept products within 30 days after the delivery date. For those who have passed 30 days, we don’t consider any return, refund, or replacement of any item.
  • Return packages must be delivered to us with all of the original components and packaging still intact, just as the clients received them. Otherwise, a refund or replacement wouldn’t be possible.
    We don’t ship products to certain locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • Customers must pay the second delivery fee for any replacement purchases if they decide they do not like the product they ordered.
    Before requesting a refund, customers must first return the purchased items.
  • For things that are lost in transit, we offer a return or refund; however, for products that are lost after transit, we do not offer a refund or return
